Every plan and price is published on this page, your rate stays put while your subscription is active, and any future increase is capped at UK inflation.

While your subscription stays active we will never raise your rate by more than UK inflation, and never to unlock something your plan already included.
Migration is on us
We import your properties, tenancies, tenant details and rent history during onboarding. No migration fee, no blank screen on day one.
Applies to standard self-serve plans for as long as your subscription remains active. Enterprise and custom packages are governed by their own written agreement.
